Based in Brisbane, Australia – Sapphire Scientific Plastics is specialised in the manufacture of high quality engineering & plastic products, used across the world.

SSP use a tried and proven scientific approach to problem solving and providing solutions. We recognise the complications, challenges & delays of foreign supply chains (as highlighted by the recent world-wide events of the 2020-2021 era) and have endeavoured to overcome these by acquiring in-house skillsets and equipment where a possible shortfall has been identified.

This has led SSP so far as to develop a fully equipped injection molding facility and engineering toolroom (Sapphire Scientific Engineering).

The capability of SSE includes CNC machining & turning, large format EDM die sinking, wire-edm, rapid prototyping, laser engraving, pad printing, & inspection.

Key benefits of having all this capability under the one roof include minimal down time due to an external supplier. Another, is that this generates a significant cost saving which we can pass on to our customers.
